Video ring Doorbell Not working

Question

I am on a holiday and checked my doorbell today and noticed it’s not working.  Could you please advise how can I reboot the device while I am abroad? The WiFi is working as I have all my other devices on!

Hi @user_d1d306. Troubleshooting options are limited if you are not physically with the Ring Doorbell. There is a reboot option on the Device Health page, but this will not work since your Doorbell is disconnected from wifi. Once you're physically present with the device, I'd recommend reconnecting the Doorbell to wifi, then using the reboot option.
