I do not have a wall socket downstairs near to the front door. Will it be ok to plug the ring power adapter into an extension cable then plug the extension cable into the wall socket that is upstiars?
Great question @Bajansin! As long as this in home rated extension chord is plugging into a standard outlet, it should certainly provide enough power to the Plug In Adapter, and the Adapter to the Doorbell Pro. I hope this helps! :)
