URGENT Advise

Hi all, attempted burglary occurred, scumbags were using a signal jammer and ring doorbell didn’t go off or even record. since doorbell hasn’t really been as accurate detecting as it once was either not alerting or recording certain events it once was. Any advice here?!?! scary that people can just stop these working almost makes it pointless having.
