Upgrading from basic to standard plan
Hi I am currently on the basic plan and what to upgrade to standard. I have recently renews the basic plan so is there a way we can upgrade and pay the difference?

Hi @user_1e74c1. You can cancel your Basic plan for a prorated refund of the unused amount of time. Make sure to download any videos you'd like to keep first. Then you can subscribe to the Standard plan, which will apply to all Ring Doorbells and Cameras at that location.
