Updates from the Ring 3 Doorbell

New user and on day 1 and 2 I used to get a notification and then a sound alert (scream for motion) I then changed this to the Someone the Door but since then I do not get the sound only the notifcation message - does anyone know what I am supposed to adjust /change etc. Sound level on phone and the app are all working
