Shared user request not working

Hello, I have been sent a shared user request via email but when I follow the link it leads to nothing. Just a page that says location (nothing). No request. I have set up an account. When I try to scan the barcode of the doorbell myself to set it up, it says I have already been sent a request from the main user… so I’m caught in a loop here

Hi @user_5508db. Try following these steps in your Ring app to accept the invitation: - Tap the menu icon on upper left-hand side of the Dashboard - Tap Control Center - Tap Shared Users - Under Locations (Shared), tap Manage next to the pending invitation. - Tap Accept Let me know if this helps.
