Hi @user_8b2878. Ring Home Plan subscriptions cannot be transferred between devices or locations. If you have a subscription attached to an old address, you can cancel it and receive a prorated refund for unused time. Make sure your Ring Doorbell is set up under your Ring account, with the correct address associated with it. Then you can subscribe to the plan you'd like for your Doorbell. You might have multiple locations set up on your Ring account, so it would be best to delete any duplicates. If you need more assistance with this, or would prefer one-on-one support, you can contact our support team directly at one of the numbers here. You can also reach out @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
