Ring Viewcam Doorbell Picture Freezing

I have recently installed a Ring Viewcam doorbell. Often after detecting motion or someone ringing the bell, the picture freezes after a few seconds. I can hear the sound continue and the time at the bottom of the screen continues but the picture freezes. Then sometimes it will jump to the person well down the driveway. Any ideas folks
