Ring Video Doorbell with Poor RSSI

Hi I’ve setup my ring2 but as soon as I fixed it outside my door which is inside a block of flats the signal goes to red -77 but bring it inside door goes to green 36 any ideas what could be causing this problem, tried all troubleshooting got good internet connection. Previously had a cheap unbranded one and never had a problem

If your Ring device has a poor RSSI level where it is mounted, a good step would be to add a wifi extender like our [Chime Pro](https://ring.com/products/chime-pro-gen2) to help improve your signal to the Doorbell.
