Ring Skill and video door bell

I have a wired video door bell and a Samsung internet connected Fridge freezer with video screen. The doorbell is connected with Alexa and displays on the fridge when the doorbell is activated. Great! The problem is that if there is no one in to answer the door bell, the live video stays on the fridge display until Someone ends the call. It will stay on all day blocking any further door bell activations. There must be a timeout setting somewhere but I can’t find it. Any ideas?
