Ring Pro plastic lens

Ring Pro over the weekend the clear plastic lens protector fell off and sounded the doorbell. called to advise of product issue and advised that this is not covered under warranty as physical damage to the product. Adhesive holding the clear lens has failed and now being told i can no longer claim any warranty on this product. Any one else had this issue & how can i get a replacement clear cover to protect the lens???
