Ring Doorbell Gen 2 Not Charging

When plugged into the wall to charge the doorbell has a full blue light rapidly flashing. I have left it on charge overnight and it is still flashing in the morning and it hasn't charged 1%.Things I've tried: Resetting the device Different power outlets and cables Allowing the device time to get up to room temperature before charging Any ideas?

Hi @user_250628. When resetting the Ring Doorbell, make sure to hold down the setup button for 20 seconds. After a reset, try walking through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. The battery percentage should be updated after this.
