I bought 2 ring doorbell 2nd gen for my address and my father in laws in 2022 and for some reason in the last month we have had problems with both -keep disconnecting -not recording when people are actually outside Is this one of them scams to get you to upgrade your device? I pay the subscription on both and if this is the case then I've definitely been conned

Hi @user_9a0494. There is no scam involved with the Ring Doorbell 2nd gen. What is the RSSI for the device? It sounds like there may be a connection issue.
