Ring Doorbell 2nd Gen won't charge

I have a 2nd Gen Doorbell and it won't charge. I have the original cable and have tried multiple outlets. Doorbell is less than 6 months old...I tried to factory reset and now it is just frozen

Hi @user_7b251b. Try using a different cable. Also, inspect the port to make sure there is nothing in there, and you are getting good connection with the cable inserted.
