Ring door bell paint has peeled off. Still under warranty

I am very disappointed, my ring doorbell which has been up for less than 12 months has peeled and it looks appalling. For an expensive, luxury item I expected so much better. I am ashamed to have this up outside my house and I am considering taking it down. I would like a resolution ASAP. This is either poor quality or a manufacturing fault.
