I have had the door bell and the chime for the past 2 months, However from day 1 I have been having some issues with both the door bell and the chime. Every so often when someone presses the door bell neither the indoor chime or our phones receive any notifications and we have missed some deliveries/callers. Everytime I test the door bell all works fine and the chime activates and we receive the notifications so it seems if the door bell is not used for 24/48 hours in goes to sleep or something like that. I have reset both the door bell and the chime and this has made no difference and now it seems to be getting worse, It cannot be any of the settings as if it was then the chime and notifications would never work and they do. I have also noticed that the hardwiring in the app shows that it is receiving the change from the genuine power adaptor, However one of the settings on the app is not recognising that the door bell is plugged in to the adaptor. Its not an internet connection issue as I have a mesh whole home wifi and the door bell receives an excellent signal and my internet service provider has recently changed but the issue remains the same. Can anyone help me please.
