Replacement doorbell. How to attach to current plan?

Hi. I recently bought a replacement ring doorbell. The replacement has been installed and the old camera reactive/ removed from the app. The new doorbell camera is saying I'm on a trial period, but I already pay/paid for a plan. How do I get the replacement camera under my plan?

Hi @user_daca1d. If you had a Ring Home Basic plan, it is attached to the original device and cannot be transferred. You will need to cancel this plan, then resubscribe for your new Doorbell. When you cancel a plan, you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused time remaining. The Ring Home Standard and Premium plans apply to all devices at one location, so no action is needed if you have one of these plans.
