Ive just changed my phone and now the motion notification volume is too loud compared to other app notifications and my call volume. I cant find any way of adjust the motion notification volume

Hi @user69113. What options do you have underneath your phone's notification settings? What options do you have in the Ring app under App Alert Tones? The options differ slightly between iOS and Android. Feel free to share screenshots demonstrating what you're seeing on your end.
