Not receiving notifications on iPhone after IOS 14.1 update

I'm no longer receiving any notifications for either motion or rings on my iPhone Xs. Seems to have started after updating the iPhone to IOS 14.1 as notifications are still being received without issue on my iPad for which the IOS has not been updated. Have checked all the notifcations settings on the iPhone and ensured notifications are set correctly on the Ring app, but makes no difference. Any one having similar issues or know of a resolution??

    Hi have you found a solution yet, I’m having the same problem. I have deleted and reloaded the Ring app but still no luck, so I’m hoping in here I will be able to resolve the issue

      Hi, try the below, this worked for me and for my wifes iPhone which had the same problem: 1. Sign out of the Ring app, then delete the app from your phone 2. Shut down then restart your phone 3. Reinstall the Ring app back onto the phone Hope that also works for you.

      Hey neighbours! Glad that worked for you! I also wanted to let you know there is a new Apple update version 14.2. I've installed this on my iPhone XS Max and have not had issue. I hope this helps!
