No 5G WiFi in Ring app for Battery Doorbell Pro

When I try to connect my new Battery Doorbell Pro to my 5G WiFi network my 5G network is not listed and eligible in the Ring app, however when I setup my new Chime Pro (2nd Gen) my 5G network is listed and eligible in the Ring app and the Chime Pro connects fine to the 5G network. I can connect the Doorbell Pro to the Chime Pro and the distance is the same to the router for the two Ring devices.

Hi @user_e628f9. The Battery Doorbell Pro is compatible with 5GHz networks, though 2.4GHz provides a farther effective range. Since the doorbell is installed outside, the signal may not be strong enough to reach, as different building materials can negatively impact the signal. I'd recommend trying the 2.4GHz network on your doorbell for a more stable connection. You can also use the Chime Pro, though it is suggested to install this at about a halfway point between your router and the Ring Doorbell. If the Chime Pro is too far away, it won't provide a very strong signal.
