New battery doorbell pro and it is constantly "Installing an update" and does not maintain a connection to Wifi. - Firmware says up to date- Wifi signal is good- battery is fully charged- Connects to wifi temporarily then disconnects Faulty?

You can reference this Help Center article here for tips on how to accomplish that. As another diagnostic test, you can try connecting your doorbell to a WiFi hotspot.
