NEW DOORBELL
I have just changed my doorbell as the previous ones cover was rotting. I have a running subscription with RING will that still run? If I have to cancel it and start again will I get a refund? Is there and email address to contact RING support? Also, is there anyway I can have my previous bell repaired? It doesn't like to weather here in the UK lol

Mines rotted as well, it’s under cover so no weather gets to it, I’m very upset at the poor quality. The case has all started to bubble and peel off. I think it’s a trick to make you purchase another one after a couple of Years. Will I chose a ring product again doubtful will I advise people against it most definitely. I’m still paying for a subscription with no complaints department to advise of my issues very frustrating.

Hi @user_0a246c. Any concerns regarding physical damage can be addressed with our support team. They can review the damage and your device's warranty to determine what options are available. As for the Ring Protect subscription, this depends on which plan you have. If you have a Basic plan, you'll need to cancel it and resubscribe to cover your new Doorbell. If you're eligible for a refund upon canceling, the refund amount will be returned to the payment method on your account within 10 business days.
