New 2nd Generation Doorbell - No Live View on Mac
Problem: No Live View on Mac.I can access Live View on all my Stick Up Cameras (1 indoor and 2 outdoor) on my Mac and my iPhone.I can access Live View on my new Doorbell on my iPhone.I CANNOT access Live View on my new Doorbell on my Mac.This seems illogical. Anyone have the same problem/solution please?

Yes, it says "There was an issue while starting Live View, Click the Reconnect button to try again." I can't share a screenshot as for some reason the Ring Forum doesn't accept them (I tried once before). No VPN installed. I am using the stock Safari browser. Just to be clear, I have three Stick-

UUpdate: I downloaded Chrome, just to check if Live View from the doorbell would work on that, it did work. However, that's not a solution for me as I don't (and won't) use the Chrome browser. So it will likely be either a setting on Safari, or some weird coding for the doorbell that Safari doesn't

C@user63814. Given that you can open Live View on the Ring app without issue, it doesn't appear to be a problem with the Ring Doorbell itself. If you haven't done so already, please try a fresh installation of Safari with no extensions or custom settings. If that still doesn't work, our support team

Hi @user63814. Is there a specific error message you're seeing when you attempt to open Live View on Ring.com? Feel free to share a screenshot if that's easier. What web browser are you using? Do you have a VPN installed? I'm happy to try and help once I have more information.
