Why did I receive a wedge backplate instead of a regular flat backplate on my doorbell plus? I already have a regular Ring doorbell but needed the upgrade for quick battery release due to arthritis The Ring plus came with a wedge backplate which won’t sit flush on my front door, can I get a flat backplate anywhere?
