"Lost connection" no events recorded, live view works, signal strength good (green, RSSI-40).
troubleshooting

Ring Video Doorbell 3For three days now, no events are getting recorded (and I don't get any sound alerts). If I look in the dashboard on PC, I see a bunch of events with "No video" listed. In the app it says "Front Door may have lost connection during this event, so this video didn't record".My signal strength is good (green, RSSI-40, the extender is just a couple feet from the camera). Battery isn't low. Most of the time live view works.Roughly the same time this started happening I changed Comcast/Xfinity plans. I stayed with the company, I'm just in a different service plan now. Same router/equipment, same passwords. When I check Device Health, it says it's online.I've tried reconnecting and restarting.Am I missing something else I could be troubleshooting?

Update: Even though my battery was at 50%, I tried changing it to a fully charged one. It caught two events, so I was hoping it was fixed, but then it missed multiple events after that with the same behavior I described in my original post.

Hi @user_7ed673. You mentioned changing your internet plan - were the upload and download speeds affected by this change? The Ring Doorbell needs at least 2Mbps of upload and download speed to properly record and upload events. If your new plan has lower speeds, this would affect recording without affecting the signal.
