Live view not working remotely

My ring doorbell is brand new and live view works perfectly when I am at home and connected to my WiFi. When I move away from the WiFi, Live view will not connect via my phones data connection. I have checked the settings on my phone, rebooted the doorbell, my phone and the WiFi router, but it still doesn’t work. The same issue impacts my wife and daughter who can both access the doorbell via our WiFi but not via a data connection away from the house.
