I have a ring doorbell and just bought a indoor camera a few days ago,both are connected and work,however alot of the time neither of them will connect via live view,I have tried on mobile,alex echo and on desktop pc,most the time they work but often they just won't connect. Does anyone else get issues like this?

    Hi @Harleygjc. When you connect to Live View, are you on a WiFi network or cellular data? If you look at your History, have you confirmed that your device is recording and online? Do you have a VPN enabled? Are you using Modes for Cameras? What is the RSSi for these devices, located in the Device Health menu of the Ring app? This information will guide us in troubleshooting this concern.

      the mobile is ona wi fi connection as is the Echo,the pc is ethernet,no,I do not use any VPN's the RSSi is -48 for the front door and -41 for the pet camera

        Hi @Harleygjc. Thank you for the update. I would suggest trying to use the Live View on cellular data. Also, try connecting your camera to a WiFi hotspot as a test. If you are able to use Live View after that, this will let us know there is an issue with your network settings. If this doesn't change anything, please follow up with our support team.
