Keep getting false motion alerts!

HI. I keep getting motion alerts even though the motion is outside the Motion zone I have set and I have Smart alerts set for Person only! I have also set the sensitivity to a minimum. It seems to pick up shadows of cars and people on the road and path? Any Idea what is wrong?

      About 1.6m? Why?

      Hi @user_539ec5. The reason is, the optimal height is not 1.6m. If the doorbell is too high or too low, your motion detection will suffer. Check out this community post here, which will have tips on optimizing your motion detection.
