I need to change basic plan to other doorbell I recently purchased a new ring door bell for me front

I had a basic plan on an old ring doorbell generation 1 and the problem with it is I purchased a new generation 2 and I can't apply the basic plan to the new doorbell can you please change in my account because I can't see it anywhere in the app or online

      The problem I have trying to contact the support team only a national val number and don't have minutes on my mobile to wait on hold for a least 60 minutes yesterday so I need someone to get in contact with me so I can arrange a time to talk otherwise I'll use or my minutes because the number is a 09 number which is in Auckland in new Zealand and cost to much to wait on hold because you don't have a 0800 number
