how to order a replacment cable for peephole camera
I cannot find anywhere to actually order a replacement for a damaged cable to fit a peephole camera 35-54mm. Fantastic instructions on how to do it, what a damaged cable looks like, etc. but nowhere can I find a way to order one. Can anyone direct me with a link, or where to find it on the website, please?

UThanks @63814, I had a 1/2 hour call with support who found the replacement kit - but it's out of stock in the UK Ring shop website. They suggested Amazon but they didn't list it at all. They then suggested ordering from the US Ring website which I tried. They do have it in stock but I cannot select anything other than USA or Canada for delivery. Support person, though very helpful, couldn't advise how long before the parts will be back in stock in the UK. It's been a frustrating experience to date. I'm glad that they could help with your issue - that was very decent of them!

Can you post a photo of the port on the doorbell? I might be able to identify it and find you an alternative.

UHi @user_63814, Sure. First photo is the back of the external doorbell/cam, below the port is the end of the cable that plugs into it. On the right is the battery unit and the port that the other end of the cable connects to. Second photo is of the entire cable, flipped over so you can see the plug on the battery connection end. Great if you could source another cable - I'd really appreciate that!

UHi, thank you for looking that up - yes, I figured it'd be unlikely that anything else would do. I found it on the US Amazon website but they won't deliver to UK. Same with US Ring website. Luckily I got hold of customer support on a live chat and Selima has ordered a full replacement unit FOC for me which will come with free return packaging for the original unit. I'd have been happy with a 99p cable but she said they couldn't advise when they'd be back in stock. I can't complain! Thanks for your help, much appreciated!

Glad you got it sorted. Sorry, I thought you were in America, but as it happens you got a much better deal going direct which is always a good place to start. I once dropped an Outdoor Camera while fitting it, Ring sent me a new one FOC. Quite nice of them considering it was my fault.

Do a quick support chat from the web app. I dropped a camera while fitting it breaking the baseplate, I ended up being sent a replacement camera. I'm pretty sure if you ask nicely they might send you a cable FOC.
