How do you hear the doorbell on a Video Doorbell 3 Plus if not wired?
Hi Guys, This is probably a really dumb question, but before I go an install my new Video Doorbell 3 Plus today and it turns out not to be suitable, I want to just check. If you install the doorbell without wiring it in, how do you hear the doorbell in the house if you dont have the app? My kids dont have the Ring app so how would they hear the doorbell ring? As I said, its probably a dumb question but when I opened the box just now i thought there would be some kind of plug in ringer for it in the box for in the house but there doesnt seem to be. Confused. Thanks in advance.

If you don't have the app then I think there are 2 other possible ways. 1. If you have an Alexa device, they can connect to it and act as a chime. Unfortunately the Google home devices arent compatible as Ring and Google are too stubborn to talk to one another. 2. You'd need to buy the Ring Chime which essentially is a plug in sounder. It plugs in Any electrical socket and links to the doorbell. It's around £30
