My device has been working great for 4 years. It is hardwired and recently came offline. I removed the device, charged it for over 10 hours via micro USB. Installed the faceplate and still nothing. Any ideas are appreciated.

Hi @user_780b14. If your battery is fully charged, but your doorbell is unresponsive, try preforming a reset on the doorbell. You can do this be pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it. Let me know if you see any signs of life on your device after doing that task.
