Hi @Jae12572855. If your Doorbell is not connecting to your wifi, try the following steps: - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. - Verify your wifi password is correct. - If possible, bring your Doorbell to the same room as the router for setup. - Reboot your router by unplugging it for few seconds and plugging it back in.
