About three months ago, I purchased a Ring Doorbell and registered it on your official website. Unfortunately, the device no longer charges at all. I have tried different cables and chargers, but the battery is no longer charging

Hi @user_4e9abd. Which model of Ring Doorbell is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Are you using the provided charging cable plugged into a standard power outlet? Do you see any lights when you plug it in to charge?
