Hi @Bubba16. Which model of Doorbell do you have? You can check this on the original packaging and on the back of the device itself. You may want to try resetting the Doorbell and taking it through a new setup. You can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that, you'll need to walk through a new setup in the Ring App. Let me know how that works for you! :)
