Disappointing RSSI number...
Despite living in a relatively small flat (all on 1 level) and adding a Ring Chime Pro AND a wifi 'repeater' between our router and the doorbell/Chime Pro, we continue to struggle to see an RSSI number - for both the doorbell (v4) and Chime Pro - below 60. Whilst online information I have uncovered suggests an RSSI <=60 is 'Normal', I would have expected better in the above circumstances. Any ideas/suggestions appreciated.

I did wonder about walls (brick/breeze block and plasterboard), etc, but considering the distance from the front door to the router and the addition of the Chime Pro & WiFi extender, if that is a factor, I can't see a Ring device being any use whatsoever in an average house! Interference COULD be a factor as well, but the same argument would apply given the size of the space the signal needs to cover/travel!

An RSSI of 60 is fine to be honest. I've seen lower, but only from devices in the same room as one of my Deco nodes. I had a camera within 2ft of a node once, that gave me a mid 40s RSSI but that wasn't surprising. I have outdoor cameras at an RSSI of 70 that still work pretty well but that's because I have triple foil insulation in the walls of my house. It's a miracle it gets through at all if I'm honest. Struggling to get a better RSSI than 60 will see you spending a fortune on a Mesh system, and for what? What are you trying to achieve with an above normal RSSI?

Hi @user12385. What materials are your walls made of? Is your router out in the open or is it in a drawer or by other electronic equipment? It sounds like there is some sort of interference.
