Damaged button on doorbell pro
Just been onto Ring "chat" for the past 30 mins, trying to get a replacement push button for a "wear and tear" damage on my doorbell pro. Ring do not send out replacement buttons ( that probably cost pennies to make) but instead want to offer me 30% off a whole new doorbell. The problem lies with a generic flaw in the buttons design, I still pay the subscriptions, which they will loose as I don't want to pay £200 minus the 30% making it £140 for a whole new doorbell. I knows its a generic fault as there are loads of customers moaning about said fault.

Yep . Had 2 go on me and crack, Ring not interested in replacing them even when the 1st was under warranty. This generic one I have now lasted 15 months! Utter crap, can’t wait until the device stops working, it’s getting chucked out !
