Hi neighbours. If you're having trouble with the Live View, this Community article [here](https://community.ring.com/t5/Ring-Device-Tips-and-How-To-s/Live-View-Not-Activating-and-Connecting-Troubleshooting-Tips/ba-p/821) has some great tips and tricks for getting it to connect. I would look that over and see if it offers any improvement. I hope this helps!

I have just purchased a Ring VideoDoorbell 3Plus and installed it today, but i am having problems with Live View. Won't connect
