cannot reconnect to app
my phone did an update and force stopped the ring app. i now cannot connect to it, it will go through all the steps of installation but then at the end says it is owned by someone else (which is me !!) how do i sort it or do i delete completely and start again?? i have literally tried everything i can think of .... cannot do the shared user or turn on off or anything.... its really frustrating me as my husband, who is the shared user, has full access no problem. he has tried to invite me to the account but nothing seems to work. the address now comes up in USA first then says there in no address in my location!! please help someone:-(
