For anyone thay lives in a cold area (-40c) do you have issues with the battery not charging to higher than 20% ? If so, what was your solution ?

Hi @user_f8102f. Unfortunately, the lithium-ion batteries used in Ring devices do not withstand extremely cold temperatures well. As temperatures drop, the battery may struggle to hold a charge. At -40°C, the battery is likely to not work at all until the weather warms up again.
