any way to retrieve videos past 30 days of deceased relative

Hello, We have had a sudden bereavement in our family and are trying to obtain videos of their time calling at our house. We are aware there should be footage from the 12th April, but despite not being the full 30 days this isn't available. Is there any way to get this? Beyond this, is there any way to look further back at all? Thank you
