Even though my battery is charged, it shows as 0% charged in the ring app - annoying! Does anyone know why, please?!?! I don’t know when the battery needs charging now until it dies! TIA

Hi @user_7558ef. Try factory resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, then reconnecting it to your Wi-Fi.
