Video in History (Ring Doorbell 2) wont play
I have a Ring Doorbell 2 connected via WiFi, this morning I had a "Motion Notification" but was unable to answer straight away because i was busy. About an hour after the event I went into the ring app "History Section" & watched the video with no issue. I have just tried to view the same video in the app and get "Sorry an error occurred while trying to play this video" msg. So i logged into Ring.com website to watch it & get the same error, however i can download video to my phone & watch it with no errors at all. Does anyone have any ideas about this please??
