Video Doorbell Pro 2 Device Health Re: Transformer Voltage
Just installed the Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 by wiring to my existing doorbell and connecting the supplied Pro Power Kit to the existing chime. Everything went smoothly and the doorbell worked just fine. However, when checking the Device Health afterward, it states, in red, "15V" under "Transformer Voltage, which means "Your doorbell transformer doesn't supply enough power." At the same time, under "Power Output" in the next line, it states Level 1, which indicates, "Your doorbell transformer is strong. It's well equipped to power your Doorbell and should support any new features in the future." So, which contradictory message is correct? My existing doorbell chime is Broan Model 976 with 16V. Is this something I should be concerned with?

Hi @Caitlyn_Ring, While the Broan Model 976 chime isn't on the compatibility list, it is 16V as opposed to what it says on the Device Health. Here's the screenshot where it says "15V" and "Poor." The doorbell seems to work fine, including its ability to chime, record both the video and the two-way talk audio. I'm just wondering, although it seems to work just fine, whether it's safe to continue to use it when the Device Health gives the "15V" and "Poor" warnings. Thanks.

Hi @user5084. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing on the Device Health page? Additionally, it looks like the Broan Model 976 doorbell chime kit isn't listed on the chime kit compatibility list for the Doorbell Pro 2, which you can find [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059789591-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Pro-2-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List). Is this a mechanical or digital chime kit?
