Video Doorbell 2nd Gen Battery Failed

Brand new bell, bought online last year when we were buying a house. Moved in and went to fit it, won’t ever charge to full and won’t work without the USB cable plugged in. How do I return it?

Hi @user81867. I recommend trying to factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds to see if it helps. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
