Transfer Doorbell
I signed out my devices and no longer have a service. i sold my home and new owner keeps getting message that they canot open an account using my old doorbell because it still belongs to me even though I have signed out on it. I have tried your online support but it is not helping me. Is there anyway I can actually talk to a real person?

Hi @vmwinton. In order for someone to take ownership of your old device, you have to remove it from you account. You can follow the steps in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025997592-Ownership-of-a-Ring-Device).
