Simple on off button in ring doorbell app

New to ring and looking through the web I don't see a simple one touch control in app to disable ring so I could simply walk outside and get the mail or water flowers that are in the motion sensors area. I see you can turn off areas but they don't take affect till you trigger unit. There's a daily schedule but I need to use door at different times.
