Same problem

I’m currently using Ring pro and I’ve purchased 3 different batteries just in case all 3 of them fully charged after putting the battery it’s says 0 % battery!!!! I called the customer service they send me a brand new one I installed it transferred my subscriptions and 10 Minutes later same problem It showed 0% something is not right…

Hi @user_e19d60. What specific Doorbell do you have? You can check in the Device Health menu. The Ring Pro is a hardwired doorbell that does not require a battery. While you're in the Device Health menu, tap the option to change your wifi and try reconnecting your device. It may be offline and bot updating the correct battery percentage.
