Ring peephole and Alexa echo show 5 do not work two way communication
I have been able to connect my camera peephole ring with my Alexa echo show 5, when I do the two way communications, I can only unmute and speak to the person outside my door, but I can't hear what they say.

I've the same issue.... And two way communications with echo show 5 doesn't working... With my echo spot works properly... But with show 5 doesn't.... Sometime works but 80% of times the communication from show to ring doorbell fails. I think that is a issue with my echo 5 because working at the same time my echo spot works fine

Hi @Jzeppenfeldt ! Can you please try these steps below ? Troubleshooting Tip #1: - Delete devices from Alexa App, then re-discover devices. Try again. Troubleshooting Tip #2: - Unlink/relink skill. Try again. Troubleshooting Tip #3: - Confirm that 2-way talk works on Ring app. If it doesn't work on Ring app, the problem is not related to Alexa. Troubleshooting Tip #4: - Ensure the proper voice command is being used (ie: "Alexa, talk to Front Door"). Let me know if that works!
