Ring Elite - Can't Replay Any Event History...Live View Plays Fine
I have a Ring Elite that is connected via Ethernet. The doorbell works as it should and I can see live video just fine. But, I can't play back any events. It just acts like it's having trouble loading the video. It does this on the website, on my android device, and on apple. I have the $30 a year basic plan. Any ideas?

I have the same issue with one of my four Spotlight Cam Battery units. The recordings appear in History but nothing happens when selected. Not even a video loading indicator. Live views are saved and also appear in History but can't be viewed.
